招聘岗位：经纪人培训生

 

工作目标&指导方针：

 

在试用培训期中

1. 学习你所在部门的产品
2. 学习日常操作流程
3. 学习与客户建立关系的技能
4. 在需要时帮助，协助部门成员输入数据
5. 能够胜任价差分析计算
6. 能够准确无误完成交易

 

职责描述

主要目标为能够胜任价格输入，快速做出价差计算，分析和学习如何与客户建立关系，能够在试用期结束前完成交易。其他职责包括但不仅限于：

 

销售方面

1. 负责发展和维护客户关系
2. 负责准确地介绍和推广公司的产品以及服务

 

运营方面

1. 在开市之前阅读相关市场信息，研究报告，熟悉结算价格
2. 与客户沟通，并拿到下单或者下单意向
3. 尽可能提供最接近市场的指导价格
4. 及时、有效地与同事沟通客户下单细节或者兴趣
5. 在尽可能的情况下提供及时的价格更新
6. 代表公司执行客户交易
7. 为客户利益最大化行事，诚信为本
8. 收集并分析数据，提供市场报告

 

任职要求

1. 大学本科毕业
2. 具有一定数据敏感性
3. 精通中文和英语（擅长其他语种更好）
4. 有销售、金融服务业或其他服务行业经验者优先
5. 拥有出色的沟通技能以及交流的热情
6. 外向，积极以及渴望成功的性格
7. 能够独立工作和团队合作
8. 享受和一支年轻有活力的团队在快节奏的环境里工作

 

薪资：

基本工资5000+提成。（公司去年人均收入在20万以上）

Hiring Position: Trainee Broker

 

Job Description & Guidelines:

During the training period under probation

 

1. To learn the products of your desk
2. To learn the process of routine operations
3. To learn the skills of establish relationship with clients
4. To help & assist desk member by inputting data when required
5. To be competent in analyzing spread at a fast pace
6. To be able to conclude a trade accurately

 

Descriptions

Primary objective is to be competent in keying in prices, analyzing spread at a fast pace learn how to establish business relationship with company clients and conclude transactions before probation period ends, other duties may include but not limited to:

 

Marketing aspect:

1. Responsibility for establishing and maintaining client relationship
2. Responsibility for introducing and promoting Company’s services / products properly

 

Operational aspect:

1. Read the relevant market news, research reports and familiarized closings prices, before the start of the day
2. Talk to your clients in order to get their interest/orders
3. Provide good indicative market levels to clients to best of your knowledge
4. Communicate internally in a timely and accurate fashion with regard client order details or interests
5. Provide regular price updates on our reference pages to best of your knowledge
6. Execute clients trades on behalf of Amorphous Harmony
7. Act in the best interest of the client with integrity
8. Collecting and analyzing data, providing market report

 

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree;
2. Good with numbers
3. Effectively bilingual (not limited to English and Chinese)
4. Previous experience in Sales, Financial Services or other service industries is an advantage
5. Excellent communications skills with a passion for interacting with people
6. Outgoing and aggressive personality and success motivated
7. Able to work independently and as a team member
8. Enjoy working as part of a young and dynamic team in a fast paced environment

 

Salary

Basic Salary 5000+ Bonus. Average income of the company is 200k+.
